MOONDAY
ECSTATIC DANCE
$7 TO $11 per dance

Born and raised in Belarus, Lana transited through Cape Cod before arriving in the Green Mountains in 2015. Post COVID, she felt the urge to become more involved in healing arts and signed up for massage school. Following her schooling, she started Tuned In Massage in 2022. Lana loves anything that gets her moving - yoga, QiGong, biking, hiking, snowboarding, xc skiing, and DANCING!
Lana feels strongly that, with technology dominating our daily lives, we need to get out of our cubicles and houses and connect with one another. Coming together and releasing life stresses is a great way to stay grounded.

Andy's lifelong love and passion is what he calls 'the gift of Tai Chi'.
Starting in Karate at a young age, Andy found the world of martial arts was to vast that it led him to spend the next 30 years exploring and training with several different teachers and many different styles.
Tai Chi seemed to offer the most benefit for Andy, and he thought it was more fun too!
Andy has been actively teaching Tai Chi for many years and has now come to share this amazing and wonderful art with our community.
